Do you think you are a loved one may be suffering from ADD? If so then it is a good thing you are here today reading this article. By the time you are done reading this you will know three of the most popular symptoms of ADD and you will be able to judge whether or not you have it or not.

1-Not being able to sit still

If you know someone who you think may have ADD, it is important you observe them while they are seated. If you are worried that you are the one with ADD then all you need to do is have one of your friends observe you while you are sitting. For the most part, people with ADD cannot sit still which is why you will notice them having to constantly playing with their hands and feet. You may also notice the person standing up a lot because they are having trouble staying seated.

2-They may have some difficulty in school

Obviously, every parent is deeply concerned about their children’s grade point average. If you have a child who is a straight A student and also has ADD then you have a genius in your family. One problem with the school system is that they only teach for one type of learner. This is fine if the child learns that way, but people with ADD learn in a totally different style. A person with ADD is almost always a kinesthetic learner, this means they need to be moving while studying. One of the best ways to make your child remember more while studying is have them ride a stationary bike or do some kind of movements while studying.

3-Having trouble following directions

Does your child often have trouble following directions? It is important to note that I am not talking about disobedience, every child does that. What i am talking about is when your child honestly tries to do something and tries to follow directions but always fails. For someone who suffers from ADD, this is extremely common. The reason for this is because the child needs to actually see the task being done before they can do it properly.

Are you looking for answers as to whether or not your child has ADD? If so then you are at the right place. Once you are finished reading this article you will learn exactly what you need to do in order to learn whether or not you have ADD. Before you start reading, it is important you understand that there are many more symptoms of ADD, these are just the most common.

1-A student who has trouble in school

The most popular symptom of ADD is a student who is struggling in school. The reason this is the most common symptom is because this is when the grades will start to drop even when the student is giving an honest effort. It is important that you talk to the student and ask them if they are having trouble concentrating in class. If they say yes then the chances are good they may have ADD. The reason for this is because people with ADD have trouble concentrating on just a lecture.

2-Having trouble starting a task and finishing it

Next time someone you suspect may have ADD starts some kind of project, watch them and analyze whether or not they finish it before they move on to the next. You will notice they start one task, then switch to another without actually completing the one they started. This is a great indicator of ADD because people with ADD have a huge imagination and get very excited when they think of a new project. Once they get the idea of a new project in their mind they want to get to it right away. This can actually be a good thing because with an imagination like this, the person will end up being an entrepreneur.

3-The person will always answer the question before the question is finished being asked

With someone who has ADD, you will typically find they like to answer questions before the question has been said in full. This is because a person with ADD has a very exited brain and get’s excited over the little things (another reason they become entrepreneurs).
