How To Get A High Speed Internet For Your Company

I don’t think you need me to tell you that dial up is not the best way to go when looking for a internet connection for your company. Dial up is not just horrible and annoying for family usage, but it can end up costing a company a good chunk of money because they could not close some deals on time. When you are finished reading this article, you will learn how to choose a high speed internet that is perfect for you and your business.

1-Comcast cable provider

Do you remember when cable use to be the best way to get high speed internet? Then all the fancy stuff like DSL and satellite came out. But the comcast cable provider did some major improvements to their internet and because of that, cable is something that should be considered. When using a cable connection, you can get up to a 2.0 Mbps which is about 40 times faster than your normal dial up. Sure, this might not be as fast as the other high speed internet options (although it isn’t far behind) but if you want to save some money while using a fast internet, this is the way to go.

2-High speed internet through the sky

Satellite internet has really started to become popular within the past four years. But did you know that it is actually the fastest high speed internet that is currently available at the moment? If you are a company who will be uploading stuff to the internet then this is probably the way to go because it has a very high upload speed. If you are using the internet for just downloading then this may be a waste of money.

3-The popular DSL

If this is the first time you have ever heard about DSL, where have you been? The reason DSL became so popular so fast is because it is a high speed internet that is actually affordable. DSL has an insane download speed, but they did not put too much focus on their upload speed which means you will have trouble putting stuff on the internet.

Find The Perfect High Speed Internet For Your Company

Obviously your company is going to be needing some kind of high speed internet. It does not matter whether you are a new company or an old company, dial up will not cut it. The problem is the fact that there are an endless amount of internet companies out there, how are you suppose to know who to trust? By the time you are done reading this article you will know.

1-DSL

The very first high speed internet you should be looking at when trying to find one for you and your company is DSL. The reason this is the first one you should look at is because the price you pay for it is great and it has been around for a many years now so we know that it is a time tested internet. DSL did a good job of making their service available to the majority of areas out there, but there is still a chance it is not available in your area. If you are part of the few who don’t have it available then you need to use a wireless internet provider.

2-Clear wire

Like we said earlier, DSL should be your first option, but if it is not available in your area you are going to need to switch to a wireless internet provider such as clear wire. Out of all the wireless connections, clear wire has proven to be the best. It is priced just about the same as DSL but the connection speed is not as high. If your company is going to be needing a lot of upload speed then clear wire is probably not your best bet. But on the other hand, if you are just looking for a connection that will offer your good download speed and surfing speed, then you will be ok.

3-Sattelite Connection

If you can not use clear wire because of the fact that you will be needing a fast upload speed and you also decided DSL was not right for you, then your next best option is to try satellite. I want you to realize we are not mentioning this last because it is the slowest out of all the connections, it is actually the fastest. But because it is so fast, it is also way more expensive. If you business is comfortable and money is not a huge problem then you should try satellite.
